♦ Allen County Sheriff's Department announced the following promotions: Ronald W. Rayl has been promoted to captain of internal affairs; Norman S. Huffine has been promoted to lieutenant in the warrants division; Michael A. Bennington has been promoted to sergeant in the warrants division; Anthony J. Pape, Brian M. Jarboe and Gerald R. Hogan have all been promoted to corporal in the criminal investigations division.
