Activities: Editor-in-chief, assistant editor and writer for school newspaper “The Untitled”; co-editor-in-chief for school literary magazine, Sententiae; co-editor-in-chief, annual Canterbury literary journal, Mimesis; plays violin; volunteer at Red Cedar horseback riding stable.

Plans: Chaykowski plans to pursue a career in science journalism with a double major in English and biology. She is interested in writing about bioethics issues.
