$3,000 reward offered for information

Friday, May 25, 2012 - 9:08 am

The FBI is encouraging anyone with information about the whereabouts of a local man to come forward.

The agency first announced the $3,000 reward money for information leading to the arrest of Derrick Cleo Tennant, 34, in December. Tennant has yet to be located, according to a news release.

A federal arrest warrant has been issued for Tennant, who is facing a federal drug conspiracy charge, the result of an FBI and Fort Wayne Safe Streets Task Force investigation that led to the arrests of 15 others in 2009.

Tennant is a 34-year-old black male. He’s 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 225 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
