Indiana Tech is ranked 25th overall through the first spring standings of the 2011-12 NAIA Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup released by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of America (NACDA).

The Warrior track and field teams put together outstanding performances at the NAIA Outdoor National Championships with the men placing fifth and the women coming in ninth to earn Indiana Tech 144.00 points this spring.

Combined with the 37.50 points earned during the fall and 208.50 during the winter, Tech has totaled 390.00 points in 2011-12.

Indiana Tech is one of five Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) members that finished the spring season ranked in the Top 50, and are currently the only one represented in the Top 25 of the standings.
