Many of you may not know who Digby Wolfe was, but he provided the voice of the “me” generation — at least on paper.
Wolfe was the comedy writer who co-created “Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In,” the 1960s variety show that poked fun of politics and social mores.
Wolfe, who died May 2, won an Emmy Award in 1968, and launched the careers of many talented regulars of this show.
