ITT Exelis in Fort Wayne has won two contracts, totaling more than $1 million, for radio and television communication equipment for the U.S. military. Both contracts, totaling $1,131,433, are with the U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md. Exelis spokesman Tim White said Thursday that the contracts are not large enough to affect employment at the company's Fort Wayne operations. Exelis now employs about 1,450 people in Fort Wayne, White said.
