The new Parkview Regional Medical Center on Dupont Road continues to attract other development nearby.
In separate filings this week with the Allen County Plan Commission, two projects were proposed along Diebold Road just east of Parkview: Dr. Gohar Salam is seeking approval of a medical complex that could contain as many as 12 buildings, while developers of Steeplechase at Parkview seek permission for a 38-acre, 264-lot housing project.
The commission will consider the proposals next month.
