•Dupont Hospital has hired Bonnie Hanson as its new chief operating officer. Hanson comes from Southwest Healthcare System in Murrieta, Calif., where she has been the associate administrator since 2010. Prior to that role, Hanson worked as an associate administrator in two hospitals dating back to 2005.
•Community Action of Northeast Indiana has added three staff members: Wendy Fritz, Benjamin Ruhl and Katlyn Scheumann have been hired to work in community services.
•Faegre Baker Daniels has added Samuel K. Conrad as an associate in the firm's Fort Wayne office. His practice will focus on labor and employment law. He graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in January and spent 2 1/2 years in Washington, D.C., with the White House's Presidential Personnel Office.
•Larson Financial Group announced that Darin Archbold, Joshua Nix, Colin Wiens, Todd DeKruyter and Tom Martin have all been named “Top Advisers for Doctors” by Medical Economics magazine.
•Fort Wayne Fire Department has promoted seven privates – Clifton W. Dickerson, Mark A. Litwinko, Craig A. Stephenson, Craig S. Smith, Peter L. Vanderweele and Bryan C. Fairchild – to the rank of lieutenant.
•Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum's board has elected John Kruse of Auburn and re-elected Charles Shepard III and John Steckbeck to three-year terms. It also presented Vivian Ball of Auburn the award for museum Volunteer of the Year.
•Parkview Health announced that Lori Strahm Helmkamp, service excellence manager, recently received the 2012 Leading Light Award from Professional Research Consultants.
•Granite Ridge Builders has hired Tony Doepker as a new-home specialist.
•Federated Insurance Companies announced that Scott M. Raymer, senior marketing representative, has received the Distinguished Service Award for exceptional service to existing clients and outstanding new business achievements.

•CBRE Sturges Brokerage Department has been joined by Brady Hayes on its commercial real estate team as project coordinator for Barry Sturges, Brad Sturges and Kathy Moses-Denig, SIOR.
•LaBov & Beyond Marketing Communications and Training has hired Lucas Smith as an account coordinator. He is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with a degree in marketing. He will work on automotive, insurance and retail client accounts in the Fort Wayne office. He has two years of customer service experience in the financial field and is a volunteer hockey coach and distance runner.
