Was leaving the Fort Wayne VA (hospital), walking down the sidewalk to my car, and a group of five to six employees out walking did not budge — I had to walk in the grass. Shape up. A lot of people would like to have a government job! Vets deserve a little respect!
Another disappointed viewer of the cancellation of “Noon Extra.” The information received from this show is very important. Corrine (Rose) is valued by her viewers, but not the network. Reconsider the decision and get back to a helpful, quality show, which we need.
The no right on red sign at the newly finished Ardmore intersection needs to be moved. No one sees it because they are past it before they stop. I live in the neighborhood and use the intersection daily. Even police cars do not obey the sign!
Hey, Sheriff (Ken) Fries, could I call you the next time I get in trouble with the police? … Let's look at this guy next time he comes up for election — too many problems with him.
Seriously, limit my drink size, allow me to avoid jail with an ounce of drugs, tell me I have to be around folks while they breastfeed and now you want pizza companies to tell me how many calories their foods have. What's next? Do you want to come to my home and check my refrigerator contents?
Here is to all the … (people) in my neighborhood who are watering on their appropriate days in the middle of the day: Do you not realize you are losing some 30 percent to 40 percent of what you are putting down? Get a life and wait on the rain like the rest of us are doing.
Now that Vince's Restaurant at Chapel Ridge closed with no advance notice, what are we supposed to do with our unused gift cards? Makes me wonder if I should ever buy gift cards again.
I don't understand all the fuss of (IPFW) Chancellor Wartell had to leave at (age) 65, but yet they bring in a person that is 64. Someone is not thinking. All people who are legal citizens in this country are Americans. No matter how much President Obama and the far left wants to divide us up and conquer us, we are Americans.
What has happened to the Democratic Party that I grew up with?
Republicans believe in social and economic Darwinism. These “survival of the fittest” governmental positions are concepts I'm confident Jesus would abhor.
Voting is a civil right. Photo IDs are not always without cost, so getting one amounts to a poll tax, which should be illegal. The supposed rampant voter fraud is a fallacy perpetrated by one political party, which wishes to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of people.
To the ranter upset about the commerce secretary driving a Lexus: I trust you are equally concerned about Mitt Romney's multiple homes, expensive cars, car elevator, $77,000 tax break claimed for his dressage horse going to the Olympics, etc., etc., etc.
Tried to watch “Insight” today. All they seem to do is promote reality shows.
