Indiana Tech recently announced the signing of three solid players from throughout the Midwest.
Chelsea Smith, Hannah Foltz, and Kelsey Whitaker each signed letters of intent to play with the Warriors.
Smith is from West Milton, Ohio and attended Milton-Union High School. She plays for the 18U Lady Mustangs and is a utility player that can play the outfield, infield, and catcher
She is planning on majoring in psychology.
Foltz is from Dousman, Wisconsin and attended Kettle Moraine High School. She plays summer ball for the Kenosha Cyclones, which is the same organization Warrior standout pitcher Sam Berrios came from.
She plans on majoring in elementary education.
Whitaker is from Reelsville, Indiana and was part of a highly-succesful program at South Putnam High School.
The outfielder has a great bat and can also pitch. Whitaker helped lead South Putnam to a 31-0 record this past season and their second straight IHSAA Class 2A state championship.
She also plays for the Tanel Prospects Gold summer team.
