Volunteer Lawyer Program Community Education Forum on Bankruptcy will be 5:30-7 p.m. July 24 at the Allen County Public Library, 900 Library Plaza. Local experts on bankruptcy and housing foreclosure will discuss the various types of bankruptcy filings available to consumers (Chapters 7 and 13) and the pros and cons of each. Food and the Future: Topics Affecting the Food Industry Today and Tomorrow will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. July 24 at 600 One Summit Square, 110 E.
