Allen County Commissioner Therese Brown has been appointed to serve on the state's Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations by Brian Bosma, speaker of the Indiana House of Representatives.
The Commission was established in 1995 by the General Assembly to provide a forum in which to plan for and address problems arising from demands placed on state and local governments. Indiana is one of 20 states with such a commission.
