The Lutheran Medical Group is building a family medicine physician office in Leo-Cedarville.
The single-story facility is 4,168 square feet and is at 10429 Hosler Road. Lutheran Health Network identified a need for family medicine physician care in that area, a need that extends as far as northwestern Ohio. LHN will provide a full range of services for patients there including obstetrics.
The $1 million project should be completed in mid-August. Two physicians will work there. The floor plan and exterior will be virtually the same as the family medicine practice now being built in Roanoke – with parking, six exam rooms, an area for lab work and a procedure room.
Lutheran Medical Group's objective with some of its newer facilities was to find an effective blueprint and repeat it when possible to save on the cost of design work. Like Roanoke, Sperry Van Ness / Parke Group is the developer and Lutheran Medical Group will be the tenant. Bob Buescher Homes is the general contractor.
An official announcement to introduce the project, physicians and the date of the grand opening will be released in early August.
