Parkview Hospital has been ranked best in northern Indiana and No. 4 in Indiana by U.S. News & World Report. The magazine released its annual Best Hospitals rankings on Tuesday. Parkview also was the only hospital in northeast Indiana in the top 10. The rankings cited Parkview as a high-performing institution in ear, nose and throat; gastroenterology; nephrology; neurology and neurosurgery; and pulmonology.
The rankings are based on Parkview Hospital before Parkview Regional Medical Center opened and Parkview Hospital became Parkview Hospital Randallia.
