The search committee of the Downtown Improvement District board is still working on a job description for the next president of the organization, board members learned during their meeting Tuesday. Former Allen County Commissioner Bill Brown is interim president, following the resignation of former President Rich Davis in June. Search committee members said they hope to be ready to select a new president from two to four candidates by the end of the year.
