•Associated Churches of Fort Wayne and Allen
County has hired Steve Staley as director of development. His responsibilities include implementing a series of fundraisers and sponsorship programs for the various ministries of Associated Churches.
•Greater Indiana Clean Cities announced that board president Larry Campbell, fleet director for the city of Fort Wayne, was named the 2012 Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year by the Fleet Counselor Services and the Government Fleet Management Alliance. He began his fleet management career as a mechanic 34 years ago and has risen to be one of the most respected public sector fleet managers in the industry. He implemented alternative fuels and technologies in the city's fleet.
•Fort Wayne Orthopedics has hired Shelly Miller as CEO. She has more than 20 years experience in health care and previously held several leadership positions in Lutheran Hospital and the Orthopedic Hospital of Lutheran Health Network.
•Felderman Design-Build welcomes Tabitha Zehr as office manager to their team.
•Grabill Bank has hired Brad Stanfield as business banker and assistant vice president. He is a graduate of Ball State University and the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. He has more than 30 years of commercial lending, banking and management experience. He will be responsible for business development on the business banking team at Grabill Bank's Business Banking Center on Merchandise Drive.
