Thanks to Indiana's News Center for assigning Linda Jackson her own newscast in the mornings. We've missed her! In these ugly, polarizing political times, it's wonderful to have an unbiased newscast from a true professional.

Tip of the hat to Chris Freehill and his staff at Franke Park Day Camp for a great summer park program for kids. More than 1,500 kids were at the camp this year for the time of their life. My grandson wants to go two weeks next year. He said it was awesome. For a 7-year-old, that says something for the program. Thank you, Chris and staff. See you next year.
