The owner of a Fort Wayne oven-making facility will close operations here in the coming months. According to our media partner, WANE, NewsChannel 15, the closure will eliminate 200 jobs.
Lincoln Foodservice Products, 1111 N. Hadley Road, is a part of Manitowoc Foodservice, based in Wisconsin. It will close completely April 30, according to a news release from the company Friday.
Manitowoc will move its headquarters to Cleveland and will invest in an office in the Fort Wayne area for customer service and technical support workers for its Lincoln brand ovens.
