Bishop Luers announced Monday that Steven Keefer would serve as the football team's head coach for the remainder of the season -- replacing longtime coach Matt Lindsay who the school fired Sunday for violating unspecified school policies. Keefer, the husband of the Bishop Luers principal, was the Knights head coach from 1979-86 and guided the program to a state championship in 1985.
