Organizers of IPFW's Sculpture with a Purpose unveiled the first sculpture and bike rack, called "Confluence" by its creators, the Design Collaborative. The sculpture is one of 50 that will be designed and constructed by local artists and placed around the city and county. So far 27 of the sculptures have been sponsored.
