Bishop Luers grad to take over Knights athletic department

Huth named to replace Lindsay

Thursday, October 4, 2012 - 12:41 am

Bishop Luers High School looked to an alumnus the last time that it needed an athletic director and it is doing so again.

The school announced on Wednesday that James Huth would take over the position for the recently resigned Matt Lindsay.

Lindsay was fired from the school last month after having "inappropriate videos" stored on his school computer.

Huth is a 1981 graduate of the school and has served as a school leader at the Imagine MASTer Academy since 2007.

From 1988 to 1999, Huth taught at Columbia City High School. Following that stint, he served as assistant principal from 1999 to 2007 at the school.
