The November 2012 election is a clear choice between those who want limited government and those who want to expand the government to create a Utopian society patterned after the worldwide socialist countries. The mainstream media, lap dogs for Obama, are telling America that Romney cannot win. A first-page story in Sunday’s (Sept 23) Fort Wayne Journal Gazette is titled “Romney campaign not down, just drowned out.” The author of this “front-page news, comment, or propaganda” is Dan Balz of the Washington Post. This is a first-class lie! The obvious propaganda (not news) goal is to discourage the Republican opposition.

The truth is the conservative movement that began in the 2010 elections is in full force and preparing to get the voters out on Nov. 6.

Most people will be surprised by the November 2012 vote; I will not!

This year the mainstream media has ignored huge turnouts of conservative Americans in Dallas, Texas, in July, and Cincinnati, Ohio, in September who are dead set on derailing the unrealistic progressive goals and restoring America.

The American people are finally waking up to the media agenda (not news), and their good common sense tells them that all is not well in Obamaland. They see (1) Federal debt up, (2) unemployment up, (3) gas prices up, (4) food stamps up, (5) household income down and (6) hourly wages down.

If the mainstream media were honest, they would be investigating and reporting on the real issues (partial list above 1-6).

If you feel something is wrong at the top in America, I urge you to get out and vote in November. Let’s restore America as the world symbol of real freedom. Fire Obama!

Purdue University once stood for top technical training and other excellent programs.

The leadership was of a quality unsurpassed.

I’m not sure we (grads) can say that anymore, given the political (bent) nature of the new president- Mitch Daniels. I fear now that Purdue U. will become P.U. (stink).

I fear that a once great university has fallen to a political pile of cow manure.

How sad is this?

As a past governor of Indiana, he ranked quite “mediocre.” He touted wind energy programs that are likely to fail.

He touted solar energy for a state that hardly has enough sun to grow good food.

Now he tells us we have a “surplus” that needs to be spent.

He “gave away the farm” in a poorly written contract for maintaining our toll road. That “contract” was given to a foreign entity who has returned asking for more money to do the job.

No doubt IPFW (an extension) will now name a “lacky politico” to its lead position.

Edward RossI’ve just watched a program on “Katie” where she interviewed two girls who had been bullied.

Does everyone understand that bullies act against others to feel superior to them? The fact that bullies rarely act alone should tell us something about why they put others down.

The damage bullies can do is horrendous. Modern technology gives bullies the opportunity to harass their victims unrelentingly.

Recognize bullies for what they are, insecure people who influence others to act with them to disrupt the lives of innocent people. These are people whom we should stop, report and testify against.
