A seminar on how to fight human trafficking will be held Thursday at the Allen County Public Library's downtown location.
"Human Trafficking: Seeing and Responding to the Threat in Fort Wayne" will be presented by the Mayor's Commission on Domestic Violence, Rape, and Sexual Harassment. The conference will feature Theresa Flores, a human trafficking survivor, author, victim's advocate, and founder of Save Our Adolescents from Prostitution (S.O.A.P.) as the keynote speaker.
