Thank you to the city of Fort Wayne for moving trick or treat hours to 6-8 p.m. instead of 5-7 p.m. Now we don't have kids out during rush hour when parents are rushing home to take out their children. It gives us an opportunity to both keep kids safer and have time to get them ready. It gets dark before it's over either way.
