Fort Wayne Police searching for pharmacy robbery suspect

The Fort Wayne Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man who reportedly robbed a pharmacy Tuesday night.

The incident took place around 10:19 p.m. at the Walgreens location at 2410 N. Coliseum Blvd., according to a news release. A man - described in the release as white, in his 20s, with a thin build, wearing a black, hooded jacket and a black baseball cap with a silver sticker and white lettering - entered the store and approached the pharmacy counter with a note.

The note, according to the release, demanded narcotics Fentanyl and Methadone. The man reportedly received the narcotics and fled. No injuries were reported.
