A federal grand jury in Fort Wayne returned indictments against three defendants Wednesday.
Robert Hendry, 22, of Fort Wayne, is charged in a four-count indictment with distribution of methamphetamine on or about Sept. 13 and cocaine on or about Oct. 2; selling a firearm to a convicted felon on or about Oct. 2; and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug-trafficking crime on or about Oct. 2. These charges were filed as the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Fort Wane Police Department.
Joseph Topp, 19, of Angola is charged in a single-count indictment with distribution of visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct on or about July 26. The Indictment also seeks for the forfeiture of matter which contains visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This charge was filed as the result of an investigation by the FBI Cyber Squad.
Alex White, 47, of Fort Wayne is charged in a single-count indictment with armed bank robbery on or about Oct. 17. This charge was filed as the result of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Fort Wayne Police Department and the Northeast Indiana FBI Bank Robbery Task Force.
