Bear is a large, 1-year-old, neutered, male, chocolate Labrador Retriever/Terrier mix. He is as sweet as a Teddy Bear! He loves to run and play and enjoys having his belly rubbed. Please make sure you have the time to spend with him because he adores human affection! He loves to go on daily walks or have a fenced-in yard to run and play in. He would also benefit from attending obedience classes. The staff recommends crating him to help with housebreaking and also to keep him and your things safe while you are away from home. The staff feels he would do well with children of all ages pending an interaction as long as they treat him nicely. He should go to a home with no cats because he likes to bark and chase them. He does well with other dogs as long as they are introduced properly. Call the Allen County SPCA at 744-0454.

She may need some time to warm up, so please be patient with her. The staff feels she would do better in a home with older children, cats and calm, cat-friendly dogs. Call the Allen County SPCA at 744-0454.
