•American Electric Power announces the following company changes: Lana L. Hillebrand is the new senior vice president and chief administrative officer. Dennis E. Welch, currently the executive vice president and chief administrative officer, will become executive vice president and chief external officer. He will be responsible for governmental affairs, environmental affairs and services, corporate communications, safety and health, corporate sustainability, strategic policy analysis, corporate security and aviation, and real estate and workplace services. Barbara D. Radous, currently senior vice president shared services, will become senior vice present reposition and program management office. Sandra K. Williams, vice president and chief compliance officer, will become a new report to David M. Feinberg. Craig T. Rhoades, currently vice present customer services, marketing and distribution services, will become vice president supply chain, procurement and fleet reporting to Brian X. Tierney.
