WEST LAFAYETTE — Purdue University police are urging students to report any suspicious behavior following reports that intruders entered residence hall bathrooms while women were bathing.

Authorities say an Asian man used a smartphone to take photos of a woman Sunday while she was showering at Hawkins Hall. The original report said two women were victimized.

The Journal & Courier reports that another woman who lives in the dorm told police who were investigating Sunday's incident that she had seen an Asian man leaving the women's bathroom Wednesday. Police say one man had hair dyed yellow, while the other's hair was black.

Purdue student Lindsay Keathley tells WLFI-TV she'd be "freaked out" if something similar happened to her because the residence halls are supposed to be secure.
