Donna (Gill) Fisher, who helped Snider to the 1988 state basketball championship, and former DeKalb star MaChelle Joseph have been named to the 2013 Women's Silver Anniversary Team.
The 18-member team was announced Thursday by the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame.
Fisher, named the 1988 Final Four Most Valuable Player, scored 21 points and blocked a shot with one second remaining to preserve the Panthers' 60-58 win in the championship game.
Joseph, now the head coach at Georgia Tech, is the all-time scoring leader at DeKalb with 1,633 points.
She led the state in scoring her senior year with a 35-point average.
Both Fisher and Joseph went on to play at Purdue University. Joseph is the all-time leading scorer at Purdue with 2,405 points.
Fisher was a three-year starter for the Boilermakers and averaged 11.2 points per game her senior season.
