•NAI Harding Dahm, Fort Wayne, has been selected to receive the exclusive listing for two major shopping centers owned by the Feil Organization of New York. Parkwest Center is a 180,655 square foot mixed-use property and Pine Valley Shopping Center is a 91,024-square-foot retail center.

•1st Source Bank, Columbia City, has opened at 630 Countryside Drive, across from the Kroger Plaza. The new free-standing banking center replaces the bank's former location in the Walmart Supercenter. It is much larger and offers customers many conveniences, including a drive-up window, ATM, night deposit and expanded morning hours starting at 7 a.m.

•Indiana Physical Therapy has opened its newest clinic at 2916 Wal-Mart Drive. The approximately 2,800-square-foot clinic will offer outpatient physical therapy.
