The News-Sentinel selected the 10 finalists and now it is up to you, the reader, to determine who should be the News-Sentinel Fan Choice Player of the Week. Vote for the area high school basketball player who you feel had the best performance this week. The winner of this weekly award will be solely determined through online voting at news-sentinel.com. The polls are open now and will close at 8 p.m. Monday. The Fan Choice Player of Week, along with the Boys Player of the Week and Girls Player of the Week, will be announced in Tuesday's issue of The News-Sentinel.

Chandler Prible, Bluffton — Named the most valuable player of the ACAC Tournament after having a combined 45 points and 15 assists in the tournament's three games to help Buffton win the championship.

Kadin Gerig, Woodlan — Had 23 points, including a game-winning 3-pointer, to help Woodlan defeat Leo and advance to the ACAC Tournament championship game.

Jescus Mitchell, Wayne -- Scored a combined 44 points in Wayne's two games this week, including a game-high 22 points in a conference victory against Bishop Dwenger.

Nick Gamble, Homestead — Had a game-high 16 points and made the game-winning basketball as time expired to give Homestead a conference victory against Columbia City.

Bryson Scott, Northrop — Scored a game-high 35 points to help Northrop defeat Bishop Luers 95-59 in SAC action.

Taylor Smith, Garrett — Had a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds as Garrett defeated Heritage in the ACAC Tournament semifinals.

Alyssa Gibson, Bishop Dwenger — Scored a game-high 18 points to help Bishop Dwenger defeat Wayne 46-43.

Brittini Clopton, South Side — Led all players with 20 points as South Side defeated Snider 51-44 on Friday.

Keanna Gary, Leo — Earned the ACAC Tournament MVP honors after having a combined 42 points, 35 rebounds and six blocks in Leo's three tournament games.

Eric Hairston, South Side — Scored a game-high 26 points to help South Side upset Snider in conference play.
