This weekend, Fort Wayne will be site of four regional youth sporting events, bringing 7,000 participants and $1 million to the city.
The weekend's largest event will be the Gym Rats MLK Classic held at Spiece Fieldhouse on Saturday and Sunday. It's the 10th year for the popular tournament, where an estimated 3,500 basketball players from across the Midwest will compete over two days. Tournament information can be found at gymrats.com.

The FWA Winter Classic Invitational will take place at the Helen P. Brown Natatorium Friday through Sunday. The three-day swimming event will consist of 200 of the top swimmers in Indiana. Meet times and awards ceremony information can be found at ftwayneaquatics.com.
The 11v11 Indoor Challenge Tournament will be held at Plex South from From Friday through Sunday. It is hosted by the Fort Wayne Fever.
