Mental Health in Burmese community
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Multicultural Program will be “Better Together” at 7-9 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 22) at the Carriage House Club House, 3327 Lake Avenue. Speaker will be Myo Mynt, Burmese soldier and editorial consultant for Radio Free Asia, a Burmese program based in Washington, D.C. Discussion will include mental health in the Burmese community. The event is free.
