INDIANAPOLIS — Autographed guitars from the Rolling Stones, the Eagles, Keith Urban, Carlos Santana, Pearl Jam, and others will be auctioned off at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art in downtown Indianapolis next month during a preview party for a new exhibit.

The Indianapolis Star reported Tuesday the March 8 event precedes the opening of an exhibit called "Guitars! Roundups to Rockers" exploring the Western connections of guitars and guitarists.

Guitars owned by Roy Rogers, Buddy Holly, Jimi Hendrix, Woody Guthrie and Hank Williams Sr. will be among than 130 instruments included in the exhibit. It will open to the public March 9 and run through Aug. 4.
