Fort Wayne firefighters were called to the Von Maur department store in Jefferson Pointe, 4202 W. Jefferson Blvd., at about 4 p.m. Thursday after people reported smelling smoke in the building. Firefighters found no flames in the store, but they remained on the scene to track down the source of the smell.
