A crew from Co-State Construction cleared out a log jam Wednesday at the bridge on Ewing Street . The company was contracted by Allen County Highway Department to do the work. The southbound side of the bridge had already been restricted to one through-lane through Thursday for deck repair. Mike Green, county spokesman, said the deck repair would be completed on time, weather permitting.
