Mitchell, Lamb and Howard deliver against Iowa Energy

Sunday, February 10, 2013 - 12:01 am

Mad Ants guards Tony Mitchell, Ron Howard and Doron Lamb had big offensive nights to lead Fort Wayne to a road win at Iowa.

Mitchell scored 25 points, Milwaukee Bucks assignee Lamb scored 24 and Howard scored 21 as the Ants beat Iowa 119-98 on Saturday at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa.

The win improved the Mad Ants' record to 15-17. The team will be off until Feb. 22 because of the NBA and NBA D-League All-Star break.

Anthony Richardson added 15 points and Anthony Harris 10 and Brandon Wallace pulled down a team-best 11 rebounds in the win at Iowa. Luke Harangody did not play because of injury.

Iowa (7-21) was led by Paul Harris' 26 points and nine rebounds.
