Indiana Tech's Chelsea Carradine was recently named as the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
Carradine posted back-to-back double-doubles, averaging 17 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, to lead the Warriors to a 2-0 record last week.
During the 74-44 win at Marygrove College, the junior forward from Redford, Michigan scored 12 points and hauled in 13 rebounds only to follow it with a career-high 22 point, 10 rebound performance against the University of Northwestern Ohio.
She shot 74 percent (17-for-23) from the field last week and leads the team and ranks fifth in the country with a 0.602 field goal percentage this season. She has racked up seven double-doubles on the year, and is averaging 12.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game.
Indiana Tech (13-15, 11-9 WHAC) travels to Cornerstone University on Wednesday before returning home to host No. 10 Davenport University on Saturday to close out the regular season.
