Drivers frustrated with a backup on southbound Interstate 69 near Jefferson Boulevard were turning around on the access ramp and going the wrong way, according to scanner traffic from Allen County dispatch at around 12:30 p.m. Friday. A towing company was removing a semi that went into a ditch Friday morning in the southbound lanes north of the 302 mile marker, which led to a traffic backup.
