Powers Hamburger Shop customers hustled through snow and wind early Tuesday afternoon to get to the eatery 1402 S Harrison St. Winter returned Tuesday after mild temperatures Monday teased Fort Wayne residents with a taste of spring. Windy conditions with highs only in the 20s, and snow squalls Tuesday proved winter is still alive and well.
