A 65-year-old Spencerville man was being held in Allen County jail Monday morning on a federal warrant after he was allegedly found in possession of a large amount of marijuana.
According to the Indiana State Police, at around 12 a.m., troopers with the ISP Anti-Crime Enforcement Team went to the residence of Curtis D. Wittwer, in the 6700 block of County Road 68 in DeKalb County to serve a federal arrest warrant for dealing marijuana.
They allegedly found him with paraphernalia and 60-plus grams of marijuana, according to a state police news release.
