Former City Councilman Tim Pape has been appointed to the Allen County Election Board by county Democratic Party Chairman John Court, replacing Andrew Boxberger.

Pape, who represented the Fifth District between 2000 and 2011, he has been Managing Partner at Carson Boxberger since 2008, specializing in state and local government and public law. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1991 and Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1995.
