Letter to the editor: I could do that study for $1

I understand “Fort Wayne officials” have decided how to spend $17 million of the Legacy Fund. One project is for $200,000 for a “study on becoming recognized in youth/prep sports.”

If the city requires a 3-to-1 match it would be a total of $800,000.

I respectfully feel I could do a study for $1. Then the officials could order 799,999 more studies. How good can it get?
