INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana's Korean community is closely monitoring the actions of North Korea's young leader amid escalating threats by the communist nation.

North Korea's military has warned it's been authorized to attack the U.S. using nuclear weapons. The totalitarian nation has been railing against U.S.-South Korean military exercises that began last month.

South Korea native Bong Chang was 10 years old when the Korean War began. The Indianapolis resident tells WISH-TV he's worried about the actions of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Chang says he's fears what the North Korean dictator might do because "you never know what the young guys are going to do."

He and other members of Indianapolis' Korean community are now closely watching all news outlets constantly, hoping that Kim Jong Un is just bluffing.
