KNIGHTSTOWN - Indiana football recruit and 2013 Indiana All-Star Darius Latham spoke with News-Sentinel sports editor Tom Davis on several topics following his performance at the Hoosiers' Reunion All-Star Classic at the Hoosiers Gym on Friday.

On his basketball future:

"I don't know. That remains to be seen. It'll be based on how the football season goes (at Indiana) and how my body feels."

On his off-season training:

"Indiana gave me some stuff to do and I've been following that. Just staying in shape is the main thing and be ready for camp when I go on (June 16)."

On his ability to contribute early at IU:

"That's the plan."

On competing with the Indiana Junior All-Stars this week:

"We're going to win. They have to respect their elders."
