Native American art festival
More than 150 Native American artists, including five-time world champion hoop dancer Tony Duncan, will demonstrate and sell their work June 22 and 23 at the Indian Market and Festival at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, 500 W. Washington St., Indianapolis. The weekend is a celebration of Native American cultures through art, music, dance, demonstrations, food and more. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the gate. Children age 17 and under are free.

In addition, an Indian Market and Festival Preview Party will be held June 21. All guests to the party will get VIP market passes for the whole weekend as well as sneak peek shopping June 22. Tickets are $90 museum members and $100 nonmembers.

Comedy action musical auditions
Ecstatic Theatrics will hold auditions for the comedy action musical “Slipperzzz! Cobb and the 12 Dancing Princesses” at 3 p.m. Saturday at Cinema Center, 437 E. Berry St. Dancers, stunt fighters and actors ages 6 to 66, techies and choreographers are needed.

Photoshop crash course starting
Artlink will host a Crash Course in Photoshop 9 a.m.-5 p.m. June 24-28 at the University of Saint Francis School of Creative Arts, Ian and Mimi Rolland Building C, 1111 Leesburg Road, computer lab room 156. The weeklong workshop is a continuing education course for local high school art teachers and features Adobe Photoshop. Cost will be $250 Artlink members and $275 nonmembers. This is an opportunity for teachers interested in re-licensing opportunities to receive USF credits at a discounted rate (less than half the regular cost of a class).
