Computer-generated images created by Michael Rhoades of Fort Wayne were on display Thursday evening in front of the Arts United Center, 303 E. Main St.

"The Sights and Sounds of Numbers" included a selection of Rhoades' computer generated music from the last 15 years. The event was part of Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival.

Futuristic sounds echoed throughout the outdoor exhibit as festival-goers examined the 12 different pieces of artwork that were specially created for the event. These canvasses were also derived from a computer program that Rhoades manipulated into creating the artwork within his specific guidelines.

Rhoades is the creator of Fort Wayne's Perception Factory, which intends to advance human consciousness by educating the public on perceived realities.
