The Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory premiered its seasonal display "The Gardens of New Orleans" during the annual Fort Wayne Newspapers Three Rivers Festival.

The seasonal showcase at 1100 S. Calhoun St. will remain on display through the summer and into the fall. Inspiration for the themed garden is drawn from the French Quarter and the Garden District of New Orleans, creating an "Old South" style, said Mitch Sheppard of the botanical conservatory.

Entry for adults is $5, $3 for children ages 3-17 and free for those 2 and younger.
