Rickshaw Races, Red Neck Relays entertain

Friday, July 26, 2013 02:44 am
Thursday night was a busy one at the Allen County Fair. From glowing hot air balloons to racing rednecks, the fair had no shortage of activity during the end of Kids Day.

Under the lights of the pull strip, children raced, dragging rickshaws around bales of hay. Down the main in the Show Barn, months of preparation came to a head as youth presented their animals at the 4-H Sheep Show. And near the main gate, brave souls wrestled with a mighty bull made of metal.

The fair is open through Sunday.
